5. Google API Data

Kenzsys uses Google APIs (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile) when you connect those integrations. Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide the features you've enabled and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at joe@hugheyllc.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security in our database, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
